Before you get in touch

How long does the intake form take?

10 to 15 minutes if you have your documents to hand. If something is missing, send it anyway and say what you are still gathering — half the first-week work with a new authority is helping assemble it.

What happens after I submit it?

Credentials get verified, then you get a call to talk through your operation and finalize the dispatch agreement. Nothing is signed before you have had an actual conversation with a person.

Can I just call instead?

Yes. Call or text (757) 744-2484. For anything about your loads or your policy, calling is faster than the form.

Do you charge for the first conversation?

No. If dispatch or a policy change is not going to make you money, that is what you will be told, and it costs you nothing to find out.
